Finally done! Those of you who are from BF probably have seen my rough sketch of this, and here's the finished product 
There are some bloopies, so it doesn't look exactly like him, but meh... more things to edit later maybe XD.
For those of you who don't know who he is, he was in House of Flying Daggers. He was super cool in Returner, and he's half Taiwanese, half Japanese. I think he was a JPop star for a bit, too...
Done in Photoshop CS with an Intuos2.
